Our company's quality control department strictly monitors the inspection of incoming parts and establishes a rigorous quality control system for raw material parts, particularly for key structural components, which have established traceable inspection processes.

The main structure of the machine is produced in-house by our company. Welded dimensions and heat treatment of the main frame are strictly controlled, and welds in key areas undergo weld seam non-destructive testing.

Main inspections for machine frames: Geometric precision quality control: inspections such as checking the perpendicularity between the installation surface of the press brake cylinder and the worktable plane, inspecting the straightness of the slide rails on the machine frame. Laser machine frame: the straightness and perpendicularity of the main guide rails during installation.

Inspection of outsourced and purchased machine parts
Mold precision inspection, hardness testing, main guide rail hardness testing, external dimensions and positional dimension inspections of various components.

• Inspection of the straightness of the backgauge beam of the bending machine.
• Horizontal testing of the main guide rails of the machine tool, and testing of the machine tool's level, as well as torque testing of the screws for installing the main guide rails.

Before the equipment leaves the factory, a comprehensive inspection of the machine tool is conducted, including checks on the machine tool's paint, overall performance, such as repetitive positioning tests of each axis, parallelism tests of processing surfaces, and so on.
